The role involves conducting Zoom consultations, matching agents with lead packages, and closing deals while maintaining a high level of organization and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Handle 8+ scheduled Zoom consultations/day with real estate agents (no cold calling)
• Consultative selling: Walk agents through their pain points, match them with the right lead package, and close deals
• Follow up relentlessly with no-shows - reschedule and get prospects moving through the pipeline
• Use CRM tools to stay organized, manage follow-ups, and track deal flow
• Improve constantly by applying coaching, following scripts, and executing best practices
