Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing them with exceptional support and guidance on their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll answer inbound calls, address questions about medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and more, helping our members better understand their benefits and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you'll empower our members to make informed decisions about their healthcare, while also expanding your own experiences and opening doors to new opportunities within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits and options
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to resolve member issues and concerns, escalating complex cases to senior representatives as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards in all interactions with members

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $24/hour

  • Flexible scheduling options, including part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Partners degree or identical experience

  • Ability to issue solutions in a positive, helpful way
  • Open to connecting with clients in a patient, supportive way that showcases a genuine concern for improving client satisfaction
  • Dependability and consistency with scheduling norms
  • Ability to show patience and compassion, and express confidence and certainty
  • Strong customer service skills, including friendly phone manners and excellent communication skills
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
