Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our virtual assistant team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
