Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team as a Live Chat Agent. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software. You will interact with visitors on our clients' websites and provide prompt and friendly customer service. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

Contract Length and Pay Rate

This is a full-time remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy. There is no fixed term for this position, giving you the freedom to work on your own terms. The pay rate for this position is between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.

Skills and Background Needed

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
