As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our policyholders, resulting in increased levels of retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively contacting policyholders to provide updates and needed actions on accounts
  • Reaching out to customers who are in cancellation status, following up on terminated and collecting a payment to reinstate the policy, following up with customers who had rejected payments (NSF), and following up on customers who are late or in jeopardy of being late
  • Analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to enhancing the overall customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a customer service representative, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Active Property & Casualty License for the State of Georgia

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Previous experience with Allstate and Advisor Pro
  • Strong sales background and experience in the personal lines insurance industry
  • Proven track record of success in customer service and sales
