What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls from policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach
  • Providing front-line phone customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Fielding approximately 75 to 100 calls per day, requiring strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with management and team members to address service issues and concerns, fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork

What is Required (Qualifications):

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in an office environment, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • 1 year of experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications, showcasing your technical skills and adaptability
  • 6 months of work-from-home experience, highlighting your ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment
  • A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth
