What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of product and system knowledge to support internal and external partners
- Fielding daily calls from participants with questions regarding arenaflex products and services
- Logging and documenting participant conversations/issues to ensure accurate tracking and resolution
- Providing real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website
What's Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous open enrollment experience, preferably in a healthcare-related service
- Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
- Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans
- Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
