Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology to communicate, train, and meet with colleagues. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, providing thoughtful and detailed responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
  • Working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology to communicate, train, and meet with colleagues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
  • Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
  • Ability to track multiple issues at the same time
  • Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions
  • Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Experience working with software applications and troubleshooting common computer issues
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working with a remote team and utilizing technology to communicate and collaborate
