Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing expert technical assistance and data entry services to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Enter, update, and verify data accurately to ensure high-quality data entry services
* Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote support
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve problems efficiently
* Conduct site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software as needed
* Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
* Complete service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues
* Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field
* Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows (client/server) and other operating systems
* Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other technical tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with remote desktop applications and dynamic catalogs
* Knowledge of internet browsers and other technical software
* Certification in IT support or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+)
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
