Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Proficiency in using technology, including live chat software, social media, and other digital tools
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access live chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
