Corporate Affairs and Patient Engagement Intern

The Corporate Affairs and Patient Engagement Intern will support the Communications and Patient team in developing tools and projects that strengthen relationships and advance AbbVie's mission.
Responsibilities
- Participate in projects that prioritize the needs and well-being of patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a patient-centric approach
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data to inform decision-making processes and contribute to strategic initiatives
- Support various departments by adapting quickly to new projects and technologies and propose creative solutions to complex challenges
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and foster a collaborative work environment
- Engage in tasks that challenge your ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems
Skills
- Recently completed a graduate or undergraduate university program, or be expected to graduate in 2026
- The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong interest in customer and patient needs
- Has effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Is adaptable and innovative
- Excels in a team centric environment
- Strong foundational knowledge and educational background in communications, media studies, journalism, public relations, marketing, advertising, or related fields is considered a strong asset
