E-COMMERCE MARKETPLACE SENIOR MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION The E-commerce Marketplace Senior Manager will lead the execution and support the strategy and growth of our brands Amazon and Walmart business This role combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and cross functional collaboration to drive profitable growth, optimize brand presence, and strengthen customer experience on Amazon. The ideal candidate is both strategic and executional, with strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem (1P and/or 3P), and experience in managing marketing, supply chain, and financial levers to deliver business results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership & Business Management

  • Support the development and end-to-end execution of the annual and long-term E-commerce marketplace business strategy and sales plan aligned with brand and company goals.
  • Supports budget and profitability analysis for our Ecommerce business, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and marketing efficiency.
  • Identify growth opportunities through assortment expansion, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
  • Analyze performance trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Channel Operations & Optimization

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including forecasting, inventory management, pricing, and content optimization.
  • Partner with internal supply chain to ensure in-stock performance, minimize chargebacks, and manage OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) metrics.

Sales Stewardship

  • Support strategy development and operational execution of the Ecommerce marketplace annual sales plans, including promotional pipeline and investment.
  • Forecast, track, and deliver consumption and sales growth targets for Kirk’s Ecommerce business.

Marketing & Brand Stewardship

  • Develop and oversee Amazon marketing plan, including strategic media planning and optimization
  • Ensure brand consistency and best-in-class product detail pages for brands under Amazon Brand Registry Program
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to align e-commerce marketplace execution with overall marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of goals, forecasts, and execution plans.
  • Provide insights to leadership on channel performance, opportunities, and risks.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze customer reviews, search trends, and category shifts to guide action plans.
  • Report regularly to leadership on business performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop proposal for tools and resources required to create and maintain KPIs sales, for competitive intelligence, sales and market performance and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital sales (Amazon and Walmart.com) for a CPG or consumer brand.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including content, advertising, and operational systems.
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including experience interpreting P&L insights to guide strategy and execution.
  • Proven experience leading e-commerce initiatives that deliver growth and profitability, with a strong focus on cross-channel strategic alignment.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Profitero, Stackline or similar), and Amazon Ads platform.
  • Ability to operate independently given direction, bring ideas and solutions to issues raised
