Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their orders and accounts
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
