Job Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat
- Troubleshooting & resolving end-user issues (technical support)
- Responding to inquiries related to account details, products, and services
- Navigating through multiple systems and tools when helping customers
Compensation & Perks
* Pay: $15.00 per hour

Work From Home & Equipment Requirements
* Work activity must be performed in a quiet and distraction-free location within the home
- Associates must have access to high-speed internet service through a hard-wired connection (i.e., via ethernet cable)
- Company provides needed equipment, though associates may be asked to supply their own monitor

Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
- Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
- Enjoy working independently and with a team
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check with satisfactory results
