Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data management systems. You'll work closely with our internal clients and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement reporting solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs

• Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
• Design and develop packages for internal clients
• Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
• Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, data entry, or a related field

• Strong experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, and Visual Basic for Applications
• Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
• Strong programming skills in languages like ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript
• Strong database knowledge, including MS SQL Server and Transact SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)

• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Experience with databases like Hadoop and Oracle
• Strong knowledge of development database languages, including Oracle PLSQL
• Experience with Crystal Reporting is a plus

Required Education

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
