Job DescriptionI. Job SummaryRemote position with up to 25% travel required.Qualified candidates need to reside near a major airport within New England.Responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair services for the WMHS fleet, ensuring high-quality, timely, in budget, and in scope service delivery across a diverse range of fleet assets. The incumbent prioritizes work, manages workflow, assigns tasks, and supports vendor and fleet technician performance evaluation processes.II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.
• Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.
• Performs mechanical duties as needed.
• Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
• Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
• Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.
• Creates and submits reports as necessary.

III. QualificationsMust live and work in the U.S.A. Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 4 years of relevant work experience. (in addition to education requirements)
• Valid Driver's License

A. Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience coordinating maintenance and repair for fleet. Prior experience should include invoicing and asset tracking.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $65,900 - $96,600. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.V.
