What to Expect: Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Verifying, responding to, and dispatching on emergency signals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answering incoming calls and notifying customers of non-emergency signals, providing clear and concise information
  • Processing basic data changes to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Staying up-to-date on company and central station policies, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Handling signals from one location/area and TTY stations, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge

What's Required: Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • A valid license to work in all states mandating requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • The ability to work weekend, holiday, and shift work, including mandatory overtime, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Proficiency with personal computers, keyboards, fax machines, copy machines, and telephones, showcasing your technical skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
