Job Responsibilities

As an experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering client information, session notes, and other relevant data into our electronic health records system
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our operations team to resolve data entry issues and ensure seamless data flow
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or the operations team

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, health information management, or a related field)
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a healthcare or mental health setting
  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems and data entry software
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Medical Administrative Assistant or Certified Data Entry Specialist)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
