Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative – Patient Support and INR Monitor Liaison

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs
  • Assisting customers with supply reorders, tracking supply shipments, reporting their INR values, troubleshooting INR devices, and providing patient support
  • Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, ensuring that customer satisfaction and business growth objectives are met
  • Maintaining excellent customer service as a core value of arenaflex, adhering to our high standards of professionalism and courtesy
  • Following all regulatory policies and procedures, including HIPAA requirements, to ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience working from home and/or in a call center environment, with a strong track record of customer service and problem-solving
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attendance record, with a strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service
  • Ability to work in a quiet and private environment, with a dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's technical requirements (see below)

  • Processor Speed: 1.5-2+ GHz
  • Main Memory: 2-4+ GB

  • Keyboard: Full-size USB or wireless
  • Pointer: USB or wireless mouse
  • Audio: USB Headset
  • Network Connector: Wired Ethernet (Wi-Fi is not supported)
  • Webcam: USB webcam, wireless webcam, or laptop camera
  • OS Version: Win10 or 11 (Chrome OS is not supported)
  • OS Update: Automatic
  • Antivirus: Updated, always in scan mode
  • Browsers Supported: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox
  • Internet Service Type: Cable (Copper or Fiber)
  • Additional Bandwidth: 10+ Mbps
  • Latency to FL: Mbps Download, 20 > Mbps Upload

Experience Level

We're looking for experienced customer service professionals with at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer-facing role.

Shift and Schedule

The shift is 8 hours per day, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Weekends may be required on an as-needed basis.

Location

The remote work location is Little Rock, AR, with a requirement for a stable and reliable internet connection.
