Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Technology Operations Analyst III to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our technology operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of innovation and application disaster recovery consistency across our worldwide groups. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our applications are resilient, reliable, and compliant with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to drive disaster recovery consistency for level 0/1 applications, ensuring that our applications are tested twice a year and new applications are brought into scope for certification testing
  • Develop and maintain status reports, track tests and issues within Jira, and provide overall technology disaster recovery management activities
  • Test management, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Review responses and disaster recovery management activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Conduct new application reviews and remediation to ensure that our applications meet the required standards
  • Apply policies and guidelines to worldwide applications and environments to drive compliance and consistency
  • Project management and oversight of all activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology operations and disaster recovery
  • At least 2 years of experience in test management, with a proven track record of delivering successful test projects
  • At least 2 years of experience with Jira, with a strong understanding of how to use the tool to track issues and manage projects
  • At least 2 years of experience with Power BI, with a strong understanding of how to use the tool to analyze data and create reports
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external consultants
  • A strong understanding of technology platforms, including cloud and on-premise technologies
  • A strong understanding of IT controls and regulations, with a focus on compliance and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we're looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment, with a strong understanding of the technology and operational challenges faced by the industry
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with cybersecurity and data privacy, with a strong understanding of how to protect sensitive data and prevent cyber threats
  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, or certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL

Compensation and Benefits
