Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a customer-centric approach to every interaction

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required for remote work

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
