What You'll Be Doing

As a chat support agent with arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers interacting with our clients' websites via live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner. You'll have access to a comprehensive knowledge base and will be supported by a team of experienced supervisors who'll be available to guide you through any challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and helpful information

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize a comprehensive knowledge base to answer frequently asked questions
  • Collaborate with supervisors to address complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using a computer and navigating multiple software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture
