Discovery Paralegal

They are seeking a Discovery Paralegal to assist with drafting discovery responses and preparing materials for litigation, offering a collaborative environment and opportunities for career development.
Responsibilities
- Drafting first party discovery responses and preparing materials for production, including appropriate redactions
Skills
- 1-5 years of prior litigation or paralegal experience
- No Fault experience and knowledge of the civil litigation process
- Ability to proactively manage a high volume of discovery and production material preparation with a detail-oriented focus
- Demonstrated legal knowledge in the practice of litigation, specifically discovery
- Familiarity with Michigan court rules and procedures
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, prioritize workload, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively
- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail
- Strong software/technical skills
- Working knowledge of a Case Management system
- Working Knowledge of a Document Storage system
- Prior litigation or paralegal experience, paralegal degree/certificate/certification, medical training, or relevant coursework or legal studies degree
- Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately
