Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Specialist in our Amazon e-commerce operations support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Amazon seller accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Amazon Seller Accounts: Update product listings, monitor inventory levels, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry and Administrative Tasks: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including inputting product information, prices, and descriptions. Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can inform our e-commerce strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and coordinating tasks.

Qualifications
