Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain machines according to arenaflex's standards
  • Investigating and troubleshooting issues with pop fountain equipment
  • Maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Working collaboratively with the team to resolve issues and meet customer needs
  • Staying positive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to fix machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)
