The Role

As a live chat agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage live chat interactions on behalf of our clients, providing top-notch customer service, answering customer queries, and offering relevant solutions. Key Responsibilities
