Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Remote Work Opportunity with arenaflex

Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests
- Check work process reports to ensure required data is available
- Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
- Output, print, and list reports
- Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
- Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
- Monitor supply stock or arrange supplies as needed
- Assist other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in standard office software and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Knowledge of data management software and systems
- Certification in data entry or a related field
