Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process.
• Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accurate and confidential customer records.
• Communicating clearly and effectively, providing solutions and support to customers through various channels.
• Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
• Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, ensuring you're always up-to-date on industry developments.
• Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and achieve results.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Working Conditions

This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods, with the ability to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment. The role operates on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM, with the option to work remotely following the initial training period.
