Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Interact with hundreds of callers daily, using active listening and critical thinking to resolve a wide array of customer service inquiries

  • Actively resolve complaints and concerns within the queue, providing empathetic and effective solutions
  • Investigate billing and fraudulent activity concerns, processing account requests and providing guidance on product features and technical issues
  • Utilize screen sharing to resolve technical issues, coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Research articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries, properly documenting notes and summarizing conversation details
  • Openly accept feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills and improve performance

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
  • Articulate thoughts clearly and concisely
  • Solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
