Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Interact with hundreds of callers daily, using active listening and critical thinking to resolve a wide array of customer service inquiries
- Actively resolve complaints and concerns within the queue, providing empathetic and effective solutions
- Investigate billing and fraudulent activity concerns, processing account requests and providing guidance on product features and technical issues
- Utilize screen sharing to resolve technical issues, coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
- Research articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries, properly documenting notes and summarizing conversation details
- Openly accept feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills and improve performance
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
- Articulate thoughts clearly and concisely
- Solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred but not required)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
