Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data accurately, as well as providing specialized support to clients and resolving technical issues. Key Responsibilities
* Enter, update, and verify data accurately to ensure the integrity of our network framework and IT infrastructure
- Provide specialized support to clients, including troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems related to software and hardware
- Conduct site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software as needed
- Communicate with clients by telephone to discuss issues and concerns, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm that issues have been resolved to the client's satisfaction
- Complete service orders to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry and technical support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (client/server) and other operating systems
- Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other remote desktop applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with dynamic catalog and other internet browsers
- Knowledge of SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K and other project management software
- Experience with email and other communication platforms
- Certification in technical support or a related field
