About the Role

In this remote position, you'll be an integral part of our customer service team, working from the comfort of your own home in Kentucky. As a remote employee, you must reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to address their concerns and provide personalized support
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved efficiently

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a remote or call center setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as adapt to changing schedules and priorities
  • Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license and maintain confidentiality in accordance with regulatory requirements
