arenaflex is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics to join our Trust and Security team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse. You will also lead the Business Investigation group in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries worldwide. About the Role:

As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse. You will also lead the Business Investigation group in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse
  • Leading the Business Investigation group in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries worldwide
  • Collaborating with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
  • Developing and implementing effective functional execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24×7
  • Managing accelerations with quick turnaround times to circle back, provide data-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and approaches that effectively prevent adversarial abuse
  • Engaging, retaining, developing, and fostering exceptional talent

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

  • Four years of experience in a related field, or equivalent common sense experience
  • Two years of experience working with risk management, abuse fighting at scale, and building/conveying analytical experiences
  • Two years of experience working with design teams that form data foundation and ML models
  • Two years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require
  • Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., research, design, data science)
  • Two years of experience in the investigation of large datasets and anomaly discovery
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
  • Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab
  • Exceptional influencing and leadership abilities and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Magnificent business judgment, critical and analytical abilities, including using data to drive strategy and business action with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with generative AI

  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
  • Experience working with data visualization tools
  • Experience working with machine learning algorithms
  • Experience working with natural language processing
