About the Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Engage directly with customers: Provide personalized support and solutions to customers who contact us for assistance.
- Research and problem-solve: Determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
- Go above and beyond: Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and support.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
1-2 years of experience
in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage with customers in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
- KY Rx Tech license: Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
- Commitment to excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
