The Role

We're seeking an experienced Workflow Systems Analyst to join our team and help us build and expand critical workflow tooling at scale. As a key member of our Platform Services & Operations group, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain critical workflow tooling, ensuring scalability and efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software experiences
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
• Design and implement iterative dashboard layouts, gathering feedback and improving outcomes
• Characterize the current state of the workflow, profiling complex systems, and identifying areas for improvement
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, driving business growth and optimization
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable wins

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst

• Strong understanding of Analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced Tableau developer skills
• Proficiency in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with Software Development Analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development

• Experience in Software Development, including data pipeline construction, merging, and code transport
• Product Ownership skills, with a focus on driving key outcomes and generating concrete results through analytics
• Project management experience, with a track record of planning and executing efforts across multiple teams

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, including Tableau
• Strong understanding of SQL and data analysis principles
• Experience with software development analytics and LEAN software development methodologies
