Associate Account Executive

Bader Rutter is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support their account teams in executing client standard operating procedures and managing project details. This role offers the opportunity to learn about the agency world and gain hands-on experience in client communications, marketing, and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Support account teams with client interactions and project execution
• Coordinate calls, meetings, and demos; and prepare agendas and call notes
• Assist with creative approvals, billing and reporting
• Conduct research for competitive audits
• Attend client and industry events to learn and observe
• Help manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Support internal team communications and cross-functional collaboration
• Track client deliverables and ensure SOPs are followed

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or strong desire to learn
• Strong written, verbal and nonverbal communication
• Organization, attention to detail and proficiency in computer programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Curiosity, proactiveness and collaboration
