Sales Development Coordinator (PA Student Market)

AMBOSS is a company focused on improving the learning experience for PA students through a world-class medical education platform. The Sales Development Coordinator will drive expansion into the US PA Student market by managing outreach, organizing events, and fostering connections with students to enhance AMBOSS' presence in this sector.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of student leads to support US PA Roadshow activities, fostering both new and existing relationships
  • Coordinate virtual school visits and (some) on-site demonstrations by converting student leads into event organizers
  • Join webinars for Q&A support
  • Strategize, plan, and execute on-site events and webinars to introduce AMBOSS to US PA Students
  • Utilize a data-drive and analytical approach to optimize user and revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with teams, including B2B, Marketing, and Clinicians, to spearhead unified strategies to capture the US PA Student Market

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success or relevant internship experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to be a good storyteller
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to methodically collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative data in order to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies
  • A test-and-learn approach: you're analytical, comfortable with limited data, and quick to pivot based on results
  • High level of organizational and detail-oriented skills to be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments in a dynamic workplace
  • Experience working with US Students is a plus
  • Familiarity with software tools (e.g. Hubspot, Looker, Asana, Google Sheets) is a plus
