This hybrid role offers hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry while providing support to sales and marketing initiatives.

- Assist the sales team with property tours, market research, and client presentations
- Support marketing initiatives by creating materials, updating listings, and coordinating campaigns
- Drive local markets to gather insights and help identify opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service
- Participate in property showings and help prepare spaces for prospective tenants

Skills
- Recent college graduate or early-career professional (1–3 years experience) with a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- An active Florida Real Estate Salesperson license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Interest in commercial real estate and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and background check
