Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-end private residential design projects from concept to completion
- Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with the principal and project team to deliver bespoke design solutions tailored to client needs
- Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and maintain quality standards for all deliverables
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless project execution
Skills
- Lead and manage high-end private residential design projects from concept to completion

- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to work with high-profile clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in design software and familiarity with luxury materials and finishes
- Based in San Francisco; available to work on-site at the principal's residence 2–3 days per week, with flexibility for client meetings and site visits
- Open to candidates at junior, intermediate, or senior levels, provided they demonstrate exceptional design talent and professionalism
