Early Career - Product Application & Marketing Engineer Development Program
Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers, and they are seeking candidates for their Product Application & Marketing Engineer Development Program. This full-time role is a two-year rotational program designed to prepare high-potential engineering graduates for key positions within the company, focusing on innovative solutions that enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced technologies to support SRD operations, projects, and initiatives
- Serve as the primary marketing support contact for SRD Product & Application Specialists in developing marketing materials and campaigns
- Research competitor activities and prepare reports for the SRD Business Line Manager
- Complete assigned projects aimed at enhancing Epiroc’s product offerings
- Conduct field travel across North America to gather project data and customer insights
- Use data analytics to assess equipment value creation for customers
- Perform time studies on surface drill equipment and benchmark against competitors
- Partner with Epiroc teams during customer visits in the field and at the factory
- Build strong application knowledge of how surface drilling equipment is used within the mining process
- Identify and recommend improvements for current products to address inefficiencies
- Collaborate globally across time zones to achieve program objectives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
- Open to recent graduates and early-career professionals (Spring 2023-Spring 2026 graduates)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Active involvement in collegiate clubs, student organizations, or community programs
- Willingness to temporarily relocate: 12 months in Broomfield, CO & 12 months in Garland, TX as part of the rotational program
- Programming language experience
- Experience with database tools/languages
- Prior internship or experience in the mining industry
