[Remote] Financial Performance Coach

ProfitCoach is a company that focuses on excellence in property management, seeking a Financial Performance Coach to enhance their coaching capabilities. The role involves coaching clients to build profitable, self-managing companies while ensuring effective client engagement and support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the ProfitCoach Data Team to ensure timely setup of client dashboards and forecasts
• Review client dashboards and forecasts to understand structure, assumptions, and client-specific nuances
• Develop fluency in interpreting financial data in preparation for coaching conversations
• Build working knowledge of NARPM Accounting Standards, metrics, and benchmarks
• Develop mastery over time of the ProfitCoach ProfitScore dashboard and underlying drivers
• Learn to customize and adjust client forecasts in real time with increasing confidence and speed
• Execute pre-call preparation and post-call follow-up with consistency and discipline
• Conduct coaching calls using ProfitCoach methodologies and question-based communication, guiding clients toward self-discovery, clarity, and commitment
• Provide timely, accurate, and relational client support via email, phone, or Zoom
• Contribute ideas and feedback toward the evolution of ProfitCoach coaching tools, content, and methodologies
• Actively participate in training, peer learning, and continuous improvement initiatives
