Cyber Knowledge Manager, Mid
Booz Allen Hamilton is a leading consulting firm, and they are seeking a Cyber Knowledge Manager to design, implement, and manage policies and procedures for database and software security. The role involves developing solutions to moderate complexity problems and may include guiding junior employees.
Responsibilities
- Designs, implements, and manages policies and procedures to ensure database and software security
- Applies specific functional knowledge, working, and general industry knowledge
- Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
- Works independently with some guidance
- May review or guide the activities of more junior employees
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in knowledge management within DoD
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and collaborative tool administration
- Experience with data management, including metadata tagging, enterprise search optimization, and automated workflow development
- Experience creating, maintaining, and securing digital repositories, wikis, and document libraries in classified settings
- Experience with DoD records management policies, data governance, and information assurance requirements
- Ability to translate content into accessible guidance for audiences
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- DoD 8140 Level II Certification, such as Security+, CySA+, CISSP, Certification
- Experience supporting Air Force cyber units or enterprise knowledge initiatives
- Experience implementing knowledge-capture processes for lessons learned, TTPs, and best-practice libraries
- Knowledge of data-lifecycle management and cross-domain information-sharing solutions
- Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- SAFe Agile, ITIL Foundation, or Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) Certification
