[Remote] BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Cust Svc Support Rep--11am-8pm EST Remote (Patient Customer Service)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LabCorp is seeking energetic, passionate BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) customer service focused individuals for their Patient Customer Service department. The role involves answering inbound calls, assisting Spanish speaking customers, and resolving patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers
- 85% of calls will be assisting Spanish speaking customers
- Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintain performance goals
- Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program

- Professionally fluent and proficient in both English and Spanish, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients

- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
- No satellite internet
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with ethernet port
- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
