The Role
As a Content Tagger and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and comprehensive metadata for our vast library of content
- Enhancing the viewer experience on the arenaflex platform
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve metadata-related issues
- Maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content tagging and data entry
The Team
arenaflex's Engineering Group is responsible for building the Open Connect system, which includes:
- Cloud microservices that customers interact with directly after pressing 'Play'
- Systems for ensuring seamless and resilient video streaming
- Services critical to making cloud video games possible
- Load-balancing algorithms for optimizing hardware utilization
The Challenges We're Solving
We're constantly seeking answers to complex questions like:
- How can we design our systems to react to failure, internet traffic shifts, and other real-time adjustments?
- How do we steer traffic for live streaming over the backbone?
- How can we ensure the highest quality content for our most popular titles?
- What is the optimal way to process petabytes of content into our machines to optimize throughput?
- How should we design our streaming hardware given customer behavior?
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a software engineer who embodies the following qualities:

Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of software development or engineering experience with a modern programming language
