Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their Coca-Cola products are served at the perfect temperature. You'll work closely with our clients to troubleshoot issues, perform mechanical services, and maintain our soft drink fountain equipment. Key Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues with pop fountain equipment
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic appearance
- Remain positive, work as a team player, and create exceptional customer support-oriented organizations
- Collaborate with our clients to resolve issues and ensure their Coca-Cola products are served at the perfect temperature
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Adaptability to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support)
- Previous experience in customer support or technical services
- Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
