What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) As a Customer Service Representative III, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through: * Answering, processing, and documenting a high volume of inbound calls efficiently * Providing world-class customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests * Scheduling appointments for examinees * Researching, locating, and providing information to appropriate entities * Maintaining ownership of calls and documenting all information in our case management system What We're Looking For (Qualifications) To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or equivalent (GED) * A minimum of 3 years call center/scheduling experience * The ability to work various shifts and cover multiple time zones * Strong teamwork and communication skills * The ability to follow standardized process workflow daily How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) If you have: * Previous healthcare call center experience * The ability to interact with all levels of staff * Proficiency in relevant computer applications * Excellent data entry and typing skills You'll be well on your way to becoming a top performer in this role.
