Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Active Directory and PKI Customer Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert guidance and support to customers on the implementation and management of Active Directory and PKI solutions
• Delivering education workshops and training sessions to customers on best practices and industry trends
• Conducting assessments and providing recommendations to customers on improving their directory services and PKI infrastructure
• Collaborating with customers to develop and implement customized solutions that meet their specific needs and goals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and sharing knowledge and expertise with the team
• Participating in the development of best practices and technical documentation for arenaflex's solutions
• Analyzing problems and providing solutions to customers in a timely and effective manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Deep knowledge (300-400 level) of Active Directory Certificate Services, including:

+ Large-scale two and three-tier PKI hierarchies (>1 issuer) + Experience with NDES and OCSP + Understanding of database cleanup options and PKI domain maintenance + Cross-forest implementations (desirable)

• Experience with Active Directory Domain Services, including:

+ Active Directory replication and performance monitoring + Active Directory troubleshooting + Group Policy implementation, design, and troubleshooting

• Fundamental networking knowledge, including:

+ IP + DHCP + DNS + WINS + Routing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships and gain trust and respect for arenaflex Premier Engineers
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience with Active Directory Scripting technologies
• Experience with Active Directory Disaster Recovery
• Experience with Active Directory Monitoring Tools
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager
• Experience with Active Directory Federated Services
• Experience with Azure AD Connect
• Experience with Azure Active Directory
