Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries for clients, including airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales
  • Reviewing individual needs and wants for travel to ensure that you can cater to their specific requirements
  • Completing ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends
  • Attending webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized in specific destinations and stay informed about changes in the tourism industry
  • Becoming an ambassador for the arenaflex brand, representing our values and mission to clients and partners
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to provide seamless support and ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Providing suggested budgets for clients and reviewing budgets to plan trips according to their financial constraints
  • Creating promotional materials to utilize in marketing and sales efforts
  • Staying informed about changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions and updates
  • Booking travel needs, including airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, and more
  • Effectively communicating with clients pre- and post-travel, responding promptly to all travel inquiries
  • Managing time efficiently when researching trips and communicating with clients
  • Handling issues that may arise during bookings and/or travel for clients
  • Maintaining up-to-date information within our software and staying organized to ensure seamless operations
  • Networking with tour operators to explore packages that can be offered to clients
  • Participating in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible, providing valuable insights and experiences to enhance our services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work within the US
  • To be fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • To have a smartphone with internet access, with a laptop recommended but not required
  • Personal travel experience is a significant plus, but not required
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also a plus, but not required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software and other travel industry tools a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and information
