As we continue to expand, we are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client interactions are positive and resolve issues promptly
  • Enter data into multiple online systems, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively support clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of fast-paced office experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of work history with one company
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality, with a positive attitude and empathetic approach
  • Good technical skills, with the ability to navigate a PC or MAC and utilize high-speed internet
  • Patient and understanding, with the ability to work effectively with the 65+ age demographic
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced doctor's office or small insurance company
  • Familiarity with the Medicare insurance industry or related fields
  • Previous experience in a remote or home-based work environment
