  • Use predictive analytics and AI techniques to inform sales strategy, territory design, forecasting accuracy, and seller execution

  • Integrate generative AI, machine learning, and automation into daily seller workflows to reduce manual effort and improve productivity
  • Leverage Celigo’s integrator.io to automate data flows, orchestrate GTM processes, and deploy workflow automations that remove friction for sellers
  • Streamline and continuously optimize the end-to-end sales process, defining and enabling workflows that increase seller efficiency and reduce administrative burden
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to ensure a cohesive, data-driven approach across the customer lifecycle
  • Maintain CRM data quality through regular audits and system reviews, while improving Salesforce UI/UX to increase adoption and data accuracy
  • Own sales forecasting tools, processes, and cadences to ensure predictability and accountability across the sales organization
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team, driving clarity, operational rigor, and a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement

Who are we looking for? Skills & Abilities

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Ability to lead strategic planning, resource allocation, and project execution to achieve business goals
  • Deep analytical capability with expertise in translating insights into actionable change
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment—balancing strategic thinking with executional rigor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking with an execution-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills

Education & Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant progressive experience in Sales Operations or RevOps
  • Proven track record using data and automation to drive operational and commercial outcomes
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms (administrator-level knowledge a plus)
