Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the prioritization and communication of the daily IQ list to the Quality Assurance team and independent contractors, ensuring seamless workflow and task allocation.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading, editing, and formatting of 4-8 dictated documents daily, maintaining the highest levels of clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with physicians and experts to rectify errors, omissions, and clarifications in their transcriptions, promoting effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Format and review reports prepared by partner organizations for final approval prior to submission, adhering to client requirements and industry standards.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, guided by management or team leads, to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on ongoing work to guarantee client satisfaction, proactively addressing potential issues and concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise in company computer systems, databases, and the Microsoft Office Suite, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Stay current on relevant URAC accreditation standards, engaging in continuous training and committee participation as required, to ensure compliance and industry expertise. Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in insurance, healthcare, or allied fields, with a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.
  • Experience in auto no-fault and workers' compensation is advantageous, although not mandatory, as it demonstrates familiarity with industry-specific regulations and procedures.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, indicating a strong foundation in relevant disciplines such as business, healthcare, or communications.
